Be part of the Effect™  Hello and welcome!  I am [Name of Distributor] and I appreciate the chance to introduce you to something I’m very passionate about.  Shaklee Corporation is a leading global natural nutrition company, a brand defined by quality and integrity, with products that are safe, proven and guaranteed.  I’m [Name of Distributor] and I’m excited to be able to introduce you to Shaklee and the effect it has had on me and millions of other people’s lives, for more than 60 years.  Shaklee is about offering better health for everyone and a better life for anyone. And for the next few minutes we’re going to talk together about how Shaklee might help you achieve what you want for your health or for an even better quality of life.

3. Are you where you  Now I’d like to find out about you. want to be in your life?  Are you where you want to be in your life?  How are things today? Do you have the energy you need to get done everything that has to be done, during your busy day?  Do you have a job that allows you to do what you love, with plenty of time to spend with your friends and your family?  How about tomorrow - will your job make it possible for you to retire comfortably, when that time comes? We’re living longer, but that raises the question – will you have enough money during those extra years of life?  And what about those extra years – will they be quality years? Are you doing all that you can for yourself today so that you can enjoy a happier, longer AND a healthier life?  Are you living the lifestyle you thought you’d have by now?  What would you like your life to be like in a year, or five years, or even 10 years from now?

4. What if?  What if?  You could lay the foundation for a lifetime of good health?  You could define a better balance between work and family?  You could live a life completely designed by you?  Or all of these?

5. You want to be in a market based on the critical needs that people have, that is growing in response to those needs. This slide shows the categories for products that Shaklee offers, and the annual growth that took place in those categories worldwide in 2013.  People today want to feel younger longer. They want to look better and feel great at every stage of their lives. They want to trust they are choosing the safest and highest quality products for themselves and their family. And they want to make choices that help preserve the planet for future generations.  Shaklee solutions address these very common needs and desires in these growing product categories and markets. That’s good for us today and into the future as these trends continue to expand.

8. A Healthier Life for  Now I’d like to tell you a little about Shaklee, the company, and introduce you to two amazing Everyone and a Better people. Life for Anyone®  Dr. Forrest C. 10. Proven by Science –  Shaklee products are PROVEN by science. That’s another part of what makes them different. Landmark Study  Shaklee has published 125 scientific papers and presentations, 90 of which are in peer- reviewed publications.  Like this one. The Landmark study was the first ever of its kind study that evaluated health markers in long-term consumers of multiple Shaklee supplements who used supplements for 20 to 43 years.  In collaboration with the University of California Berkeley, this study showed that long-term users of multiple Shaklee supplements had double-digit advantages in 4 key biomarkers for better health – healthy heart and cardiovascular function, cognitive function, and biological stress, when compared with those who took another multivitamin or no supplements. 11. Proven by Science –  Here’s another reason we say that. Telomere Study  The 2014 Telomere Study compared the telomeres of Shaklee users with a healthy control group. The subjects included people using a wide array of Shaklee supplements for at least 5 years, and compared them to healthy nonsmokers living in the San Francisco Bay Area.  What are telomeres? Telomeres are protective caps made of repetitive DNA on the ends of our chromosomes, like the caps at the end of a shoelace. Longer telomeres are thought to be a marker of overall health.  The results of this preliminary study show that, across the adult age range, the rate of telomere shortening in Shaklee users was 40% lower than the healthy control group.  That’s amazing.
