Ledyard Public Libraries Maker and Summer Reading Programs present Maker Day Saturday, July 22, 2017 11:00 to 3:00 (Setup begins at 9:30 a.m. Teardown begins at 3:00 p.m.) at the Bill Library in Ledyard Center 718 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, CT 06339

 Please fill out registration form (next page) and submit it via email, mail, fax, or drop it off at either library - Bill or Gales Ferry.  Please submit this form as soon as possible, as space is limited.

 Makers, maker businesses and non-profits organizations are invited to demonstrate their talents and maker-related technologies, the idea is to be actively making during the event, and participatory activities for the public are encouraged, but not required.

 Deadline to submit registration form is Monday, July 17, 2017.

 You may sell your maker work at the event. (The library will not be involved with your sales transactions.)

 Please bring a canopy and table if possible. A limited number of tables, chairs, and canopies are available and will be allotted in the order the request is received. Please indicate on the form if you need chairs (up to 2 per space), a table, or canopy space.

 In case of rain, we will attempt to move most makers indoors. Exceptions will be made for those who are demonstrating things like blacksmithing and other skills where an indoor venue is problematic.

In case of extreme winds and rain (such as a tropical storm) the event will be cancelled. If this happens, I will contact you via the email address that you provide on the registration form.
