The Art Show will be open to the public on Friday 24th November from 1pm to 8pm on Saturday 25th November from 10am to 5pm and on Sunday 26th November from 10 am to 3pm.

Free Entry This form is for Schools and Young Artists in full-time education

Conditions of Entry

 Maximum number of 4 exhibits per school  All exhibits must have a clearly printed label on the back with the entrant’s name, medium, title and price if for sale (last year some of the students’ work was sold and 10% commission was deducted).  All work for hanging must be fitted with screw eyes or D-rings and a tight cord.  Un-framed work must be protected with strong card backing.

Timetable

 All entry forms should reach us before Monday 6th November 2017.

 Delivery of work: Thursday 23rd of November 2017 between 3 pm and 5 pm .

 Work will be displayed for you.

 The collection of work (by parents, pupils/students or teachers) will be on Sunday- 26th November 2017 between 3:30 pm and 5 pm.  If your pupils decide to try to sell their work, cheques for sold items will be forwarded within 10 days of the close of the event.
