4. The proposed solution should minimize impact to field office staff and Mandatory external system users.

5. Bidder must comply with Certification of Facility Readiness guidelines as Mandatory follows: The department will install all cabling and electrical. The department will provide outlets and utility services as required by the contractor provided equipment specification. Contractor must supply utility and all cabling requirements with the amperage, BTUs, weight and dimensions of each piece of equipment. All equipment must be able to be accommodated within the existing (department) building, room, office, and not require any major modifications to the existing department infrastructure (i.e. walls, floors, ceilings, environmental controls, etc.). The Bidder must check “Yes” on the matrix indicating compliance, or “No” on the matrix indicating non-compliance with the requirement.
