Dear Sir / Madam, We received the honor from World Archery Asia to organize the 2017 Asia World Cup Stage II (World Ranking Tournament) for the year 2017 and it is our great pleasure to invite your archery teams to participate in this tournament. This event will be organized following the World Archery rules for 2012, in both divisions, Recurve and Compound.

Please find enclosed the necessary documents of registration, organization and participation for this event. Please return the completed forms to the OC before the deadlines:

4. Round : Olympic round over 5 consecutive days.

5. Rules : World Archery outdoor target archery rules will apply.

6. Entry fees : Individual entry & team entry will be free of charge.

7. Transportation We will be glad to meet you at Suvarnabhumi Airport and provide transportation to hotel. ( Hotel - Venue - Hotel - Airport )

8. Accommodation Each association should arrive in Bangkok on March 19, 2017 the prepared facilities will be of Bangkok Inter Place Hotel, 118/92 Ramkhamhaeng Soi 24, Ramkhamhaeng Road, Huamark, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240. (Official Hotel ) Accommodation located in town’s center together with 3 meals a day, at cost US$ 100 per person/day. (Twin beds room), Single room rate is US$ 120 per person/day. All competitors are requested to stay in the official Hotel for our logistic purposes. 9. Payment
