Austria Ski Trip Launch Night: Monday 8 May 2017, Main School Hall at 7.00pm

Please Note: If you wish to Snowboard an additional fee of £20.00 will be added to your total (this is due to group sizes and ratios)

Attendance on the trip is dependent upon continued good behaviour throughout the academic year. If a behaviour issue arises between now and February, it will be the school’s final decision as to whether your child will be withdrawn from the trip. In this case, the cost of the trip will be non-refundable.

If your child would like to be considered for this trip, please complete the expression of interest form attached and return it to Student Services by Friday 19 May 2017 Names will be selected at random if the trip is over-subscribed with factors such as attendance, behaviour and attitude to learning being considered. A letter will be sent to notify you if your child has been successful/unsuccessful in obtaining a place on the trip. At this point, an initial deposit of £70.00 will be required, payable only via ParentPay to secure your child’s

Deposit schedule:

Initial deposit £70 Monday 5 June 2017 Second deposit £100 To be paid by Monday 3 July 2017 Third deposit £250 To be paid by Monday 11 September 2017 Remaining balance to be paid by Monday 11 December Final balance £300 2017  All payments must be made using ParentPay, cash and cheques will not be accepted in school for this trip  The initial two deposits of £170, once your son/daughter has a confirmed place on the trip are non-refundable; this is due to the tour operator’s policies.  If a student pulls out for any reason between 10 – 2 weeks prior to departure 75% of the full cost will be required by the tour operator and you will be charged.  If students pull out within 14 days prior to departure 100% of the full cost will be required by the tour operator.  Insurance is included as part of the school provision. A copy of the policy is available upon request.
