Re: In the Matter of the Formal Complaint of Tim Vetere Against Rocky Mountain Power, Docket No. 06-035-148

Dear Ms. Petersen,

The Commission is in receipt of your emails of April 17, 2008, and April 24, 2008, regarding an email and telephone call you received from the Complainant in the above-referenced docket generally alleging that Rocky Mountain Power (“RMP”) continues to connect additional users or loads on the electrical distribution line serving Complainant’s property, which distribution line RMP has previously told Complainant is at or near capacity. In his correspondence with you, Complainant has requested a hearing as soon as possible on this issue.

Having reviewed these communications, the Commission requests the Division of Public Utilities (“Division”) conduct additional inquiry and report to the Commission regarding the issues raised by Complainant in his communications with the Division, as well as any other issues previously raised in this docket. The Commission will then schedule further proceedings as appropriate.
