In his correspondence with you, Complainant has requested a hearing as soon as possible on this issue.</p><p>Having reviewed these communications, the Commission requests the Division of Public Utilities (“Division”) conduct additional inquiry and report to the Commission regarding the issues raised by Complainant in his communications with the Division, as well as any other issues previously raised in this docket.
