PLEASE TAKE NOTE : MATCHES WILL START ON FRIDAY AT 14H30, DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES IN PAARL. STELLENBOSCH MATCHES WILL START ON FRIDAY AT 16H00.

ENTRY FEE : R320.00 CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES : 13 February 2018 (No late entries will be accepted !!! ) Conditions of entry : 1* The qualifying age for the event is taken as at 1January 2018. 2* Players will be required to check in for each round 45 minutes prior to their scheduled starting time. If not, player will forfeit that match. 3* Eye wear is mandatory and no dark sole shoes are allowed on courts. 4* Competitors must phone the tournament co-ordinator Corlia Vlok -083 640 3053 on 21 February 2018 (between 18h00 –21h00) to ascertain their first playing times(draws will be sent out via email not later than Thursday morning). So if you don’t received an email, phone me on Thursday afternoon please. 5* Players must be available the whole weekend and players/parents must fit in with the time schedule that they are given. NO PLAYER WILL BE SPECIALLY ACCOMMODATED WHAT SO EVER. 6* Players will be expected to referee and/or mark the match immediately after their match. If not, players can be expected to be blacklisted. 7* In all instances the decision of the tournament referee is final. 8* The entry fee of R320.00 must please be deposited in the Boland Junior Squash account before or on Friday 13 February 2017. NO PAYMENTS (ENTRY FEES) AT COURTS DURING THE TOURNAMENT PLEASE!!
