All International Ngos Desirous of Undertaking Philanthropic, Charity, Social Welfare Or

All international NGOs desirous of undertaking philanthropic, charity, social welfare or community development projects in Pakistan are required to sign an Agreement with the EAD (Economic Affairs Division of the Government of Pakistan).

The following shall be required for purposes of applying to sign an agreement:

- The Applicant NGO must be registered as an entity in its country of origin. - The Applicant NGO must have at least five years of consistent track record of service in the given areas of activities in other parts of the world. - The Applicant NGO should have fairly sound financial standing to undertake and fund its operations and projects in the proposed fields of activity. - The Applicant NGO’s application to EAD must be endorsed by its respective embassy in Pakistan. - The Application to EAD should be accompanied with the following documents that are verified and attested by the respective embassy: o NGO’s proof of registration in the country of origin. o NGO’s audit reports for the last three years. o Complete and detailed organizational profile of the NGO with potential and work staff strength. o NGO’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, or constitution if any. o NGO’s proof of local residence with complete address and telephone numbers and list of local contacts. o NGO’s program and profile of proposed projects with specific locations. o Source of funding of the project with details of all the respective donors.
