Learn from and exchange with the best Coach formation continued – 9.-11.1.2017 It is part of your trainer / coach and J+S qualification to follow a renewal program. We have organised a high performance program and would like to invite you to join us in Magglingen for this occasion. The formation is open to all holders of a valid Swiss Sailing Trainer Diploma A, B and C+ or its equivalence and all J+S coaches who are interested. We like to implement the same training technics for all sailors in Switzerland in order to ensure a seamless curriculum of athletes from Club through Regional Cadre into Talentpool and Youth Team– so come and learn from the best and your sailors will be well prepared for their further sailing pathway! We have invited the national / Talentpool coaches to teach you the high level technics of the junior classes – Optimist, Laser, 420 – and you will get an overview of the technics and sailing behaviour of multihulls as well as the 49er. There will be plenty of room to exchange with your colleagues. We start with a Rio Olympic’s Review, Tuesday Night we have time to discuss the very important topic: coach’s obligations towards minor sailors and we will have also a J+S News part, so you will get your recertification of your Youth and Sport coach qualification.
