Smart parents know there’s a place where their children can learn, read and have fun. A place that doesn’t charge admission and the whole family can enjoy.
It’s the library.
The library is launching a new series of programs called “So much to see, so much to do @ your library®” in cooperation with a national campaign to get more kids into libraries.
The campaign is sponsored by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association.
“Most kids enjoy learning when it’s fun and that’s what libraries do best,” (first and last name, title) explained. “There really is so much to see and do.”
The upcoming programs include: (list programs, day and time)
(last name) noted that whether your child is a soccer fan or an anime fan, is interested in space or dolls, the library has books, magazines and other materials to help satisfy their interests. There are also computers, games, toys, CDs and DVDs.
“Reading is the basis for all learning,” (last name) explained. “Encouraging your kids to read and use the library is the best thing you can to help them do better in school and keep learning throughout their lives.” All you need is a library card, which is free to anyone age (how old?) and older who lives in the library’s service area.
The library is located at (address). You can visit the library online at www.(URL).
