(C) Resolution regarding scheduling Discuss 3-unit+ courses in sessions of less than 6 weeks Discussion: (A) PE Activity Course Adoptions for BCC and PE/Hlted GE Requirement:

Vista asked to borrow two PE course outlines. At first Dept. Chair Compton refused, then relented. He would like to see a 1 unit PE course added to the graduation requirements but Berkeley City College is resisting the effort. We need all four colleges to agree to present to CIPD. Now that BCC is in their new facility and are able to offer more PE classes, the issue will be revisited.

Berry informed Committee that it is to the discretion of administrators to offer any courses they feel will draw enrollment and it is a right they will not give up. Follow-up/Action:

B) It was recommended that decisions on matters such as website should be brought to the Committee.
