In 1974 she tracked stats and got involved by watching other players and improving her score www.rotary.org to the point where she received her LPGA Tour Card. The same year she played in her first US Open with an amazing www.rotaryfirst100.com group of other professionals…she did not tell us if she won or not. She went on to head the LPGA Girls Division in Birmingham and shared with other girls the valuable lessons she had learned from the game. She feels the opportunities have definitely changed for today’s golfer with degrees in areas that open the field wide up. It is obvious that golf has had a huge impact on her life and her love of the game is apparent when she shares her experiences.
