W.A.Ellis strikes double gold at Lettings Agency of the Year Awards
Prime Central London estate agency, W.A.Ellis, took home a handful of awards at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on Friday, 20th June – including gold awards for Best Prestige Lettings and Best Marketing, and silver awards for Best Property Management (201-500) and Best Customer Service.
In the Judges report, the panel praised W.A.Ellis on its success in the Best Prestige category, commenting: “This business is successful in this category year-on-year which is no mean feat given the competition. The team works hard to maintain their longstanding relationships with relocation agents and travel widely to meet personally with clients in locations as diverse as the Channel Islands to the Asia Pacific region. W.A.Ellis clearly has an understanding of their market place, their clients’ needs and can also demonstrate exactly what is required to meet these needs and attract new business, whilst maintaining their excellent reputation and cementing their position as an authority on the prime central London market.”
W.A.Ellis was also awarded gold for Best Marketing, with the Judges commenting on the enormous business impact of the agency’s single-focus campaign. The Judges said: “The directors are incredibly keen to show that this is an agency combining 150 years’ experience with a modern approach. Following six months of research through internal surveys, mystery shopping and client feedback, they wrote a blueprint of their standards: the “VIP Promise,” and created the customer service driven campaign “Everyone’s a VIP” to communicate this pledge. Press coverage was impressive, and since the campaign launch, W.A.Ellis has seen transaction volume and turnover grow, increasing its average fee by a significant amount.”
