Dear Mr. Mendoza and Staff,

On behalf of the City of Artesia, I would like to thank you for your assistance with the Absentee Voting process for our Municipal Election Day.

With the help of you and the staff, we were able to receive absentee applications at the deadline time of 5:00 p.m. on the last day to mail ballots. We also were able to check for ballots that had been mailed to us on Election Day. This service insured that all possible votes were accounted for and was a key element in a successful Election Day.
