New Functionality/ Enhancement Available

Version 3.30 Update

The table below contains the items that will impact system users directly. In total 4 Enhancements of features and 16 Defect fixes were delivered in version 3.30.

Enhancement: Financial Reviewers,  This will allow users with the “View All Transactions” Permission “View all Transactions Technical Reviewers to also view the detail of RFQ’s submitted. This will allow a Permission” includes technical Reviewer to search for all RFQ’s in the Request Quotes visibility of RFQ’s List (Request Quotes is available from the 3 Horisontal bars Icon on the top left of the screen) New Feature: Financial Reviewers  The Think system now calculates tax to 4 decimals. Enhancement: Financial Reviewers,  At the review of an asset type transaction at Central Finance, it is Asset Review Deny Requesters & Accounts now possible for Finance to change an order to a non-asset and releases order to Payable release the order to the supplier (as approved by the business suppliers unit)  Finance previously had to deny the order and return it to the requester to make amendments. Defect: Business Approvers  The feature that allows a Business Approval task to escalate has Escalation timing been corrected issues  We will Pilot this feature to ensure proper functioning Delivery address not All requesters  The delivery address for a Buy On Behalf Of purchase was not a mandatory for BOBO mandatory field in release 3.29 leading to PO creation errors.. In 3.30 it is a mandatory filed.
