BILLING ARRANGEMENT: Personal Account

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  Rates are valid until December 2016 only.

 Rates are non-commissionable.

 All incidental charges to be settled by the guests thru personal account.  Security deposit of Php2,000 net per night for Superior and Deluxe Rooms and Php4,000 net per night for the next room category. This will be charged to the personal account of the guest which is fully refundable upon check-out for as long as there is no consumption on the mini bar  Cancellation made more than 48 hours (2 days) before the arrival date for 9 rooms and below is subject for one night penalty  Cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date for 10 rooms and above booking is subject for full amount charges based on the contract  Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date is subject to one (1) night charge penalty.  The Management of Belmont Newport Luxury Hotel reserves the right to change, amend, or modify the terms without prior notice.
