Attended: Cheryl Kraus, Cindy Van Laanen, Paul Trondson, Kim Gudgeon, Ingrid Filcher, Kim Berg, Dave Steavpack, Allison Beno, Tony Allard, Sheri Melotte, Cara Steinhoff, Tammy Leurquin, Austin Kadulski, Mike De Rosier, Bob Monroe, Paul VanLaanen
Call to Order: 7:02 pm
President’s Report:
4 scholarships – need to decide amount
Vice President Report:
Concessions going well, DI Competition, basketball games
Mugs are tabled to see if Grand Central Station will be doing mugs
Secretary’s Report:
January Minutes – Cindy approved, Kim G. seconded
Facebook up and running!
We will not renew in March but will see if we can get names exported
Treasurer’s Report:
Approximate working balance of 37,623.54
Went over payments and outstanding items
Post prom donation, Encore and Jazz, Jaguar Joey costume paid, Quicken software upgrade
Kim B made motion to approve report, Cindy seconded
Jagwear update: Kim Gudgeon
YTD 11,433.00 in sales , basketball games, sports awards, conferences

Activity Director’s Report March 5th is Winter athletic awards night

Regionals March 9th – more than 100 teams
Lissa Marth working with teams on instant challenges
Paper drives every month – every second Saturday at Valley View – next is March 16th
Sent an e-mail reminder out to parents regarding TOA
Project Outreach team is doing an Anti-bullying theme
5 High school teams competing
Boy’s Swimming – Cara Steinhoff
Beat BayPort – off to a good start!
11 Boys will be competing at State
Girls Basketball – Cheryl Kraus
Thursday Feb 21 Notre Dame at home. Organizing a food drive
Finishing up regular season - wraps up in March
Seated 6th for playoffs
Dance Team – Tammy Leuquin and Sherri Melotte
Nationals this weekend Placed 3rd and 4th at regionals
Placed 5th at State
Felt it was a successful season this year
Boy’s Hockey – Mike DeRosier
Tough start but getting better
7,11 and 4
Big end of year raffle at last home game
Skate with the Jaguars went very well
Girls Hockey – Tracy Manders
Lost to Fond Du Lac 3-2 in overtime
Great season – won conference
6 girls are from Ashwaubenon
March 16 – spring craft sale at BayPort

State competition March 19th
8 advanced to State
Data match fundraiser sold about 500
