NAZEING ART EXHIBITION & SALE 2009 SATURDAY 12th SEPTEMBER 2009 12noon to 6pm St. Giles Church Hall Old Nazeing Road, Nazeing, Essex.

In conjunction with and part of NAZEING FUN & CULTURE DAY Proceeds to go towards a Christmas Party for Nazeing Children and future Fun & Culture Day Events. Delivery Day: Friday 11th September 2009 - 2pm-8pm St. Giles Hall, Old Nazeing Road, Nazeing All unsold works to be collected on Saturday 12th September 6pm-8pm

CONDITIONS

1) All entries must be the original works of the Artist.

2) Pictures unless otherwise arranged in advance must be framed ready to hang with eyelets and wire or string attached.

3) Up to 3 exhibits may be submitted by an Artist but limitations of space or other reasons may prevent them all from being exhibited. On this and other matters the decision of the Committee is final.

4) There is no submission fee but any donations towards set-up costs would be welcome.

5) The Artist’s name and selling price must appear clearly on the back of each picture. Other exhibits must have an identity card securely attached.

6) There is no commission taken on works sold but the Artist is invited to donate towards a Christmas Party for Nazeing Children and next years Exhibition.
