Credit transfer is allowed in the ‘revised syllabus’ courses indicated in col.no.5 against the corresponding equivalent courses of ‘old syllabus’ mentioned in col.no.1. The overall marks of the successfully completed courses only in the old syllabus would get reflected against the revised syllabus courses. (P.T.O.) : 2 :

NOTE:

1. *Credit transfer would be granted for CS-610 (4 cr.) against FEG-01 or FEG-02 or both in the old syllabus.

2. Students would be allowed to re-register simultaneously for 1st /3rd & 5th semesters, subject to a maximum of 24 credits in a given cycle/session.

3. Similarly students may re-register for 2nd /4th & 6th semesters subject to a maximum of 24 credits in a given cycle/session.

4. In such a case, students are required to pay the 2nd year and/or 3rd year programme fee in the First year itself immediately after confirmation of the admission and at the time of applying for CT from old syllabus to new syllabus. Credit transfer fee as per rules of the university, i.e. @Rs.100/- per course, is payable by the students.

5. A student is required to complete 96 credits only, including CT allowed, for the award of BCA Degree.

6. Duration of the Programme would be reduced depending upon the quantum of CT allowed. However, a student is required to spend a minimum of 1½ year duration to complete the revised syllabus courses.

7. As usual, all Credit transfer cases would be directly handled by SRED along with cases of simultaneous registration for more than one semester indicated at (2) & (3) above.

8. If the dates of counselling (1st & 3rd/5th sem. and 2nd & 4th /6th sem.) clash, students are required to apply for repeat/missed practicals as per University rules in the next session/cycle, in which the course is offered.
