Per Rotary International, club qualifications for the Rotary International Presidential Citation for 2016-17, with the required information submitted in Rotary Club Central. 3. Reported club officers for the upcoming Rotary year to [email protected] no later than the end of May 2017

Successfully complete any 5 of the 6 following requirements:

1. Completed qualifications as a Premier Club in the District 5930 2016-17 IGNITE Program, with FINAL completed scorecard submitted to Lieutenant Governor for Membership no later than June 10, 2017. 2. Sponsored (or co-sponsored) and completed a community service project that provides service in one of the six Rotary Foundation “Areas of Focus.” Describe Project, Completion Date, and Area of Focus:
