Equipment Boys are required to have a stick and a full complement of equipment: helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, arm pads, mouthpiece, cup and soccer or football shoes. Rib pads are recommended. Some helmets can be used as your son grows as they are adjustable.

Girls are required to have a stick and a full complement of equipment: gloves, mouthpiece and googles.

U-13 and U-15 players may require equipment that provides better protective quality.
