Introduction Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company Since: 2003

History & Introduction Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company (TPICO) was established in 2003 so as to strategically manage the pharmaceutical companies belonging to The Social Security Investment Company (SHASTA), some of which have over 50 years of experience in this field. At the present, the company is responsible for the management of 30 pharmaceutical companies with a workforce of around 8,000. Our objec- tive is to maintain and enhance the position of the group in the local and international markets, as well as to attain maximum profitability. With this in mind, we have been able to create a new niche in strategic investment and portfolio management in this and related industries. Within Iran, TPICO has a market share of over 70 % of API, 30 % of finished pharmaceuticals and 40 % of distribution. As a result of this, TPICO is the largest pharmaceutical holding within the country and one of the largest pharmaceutical groups within the region. Furthermore, we export to over 50 countries on 5 continents and due to this we have been able to secure the leading position in term of exports within the pharmaceutical industry of Iran.

Since: 1993 endless attempt to produce high quality drugs History Established in 1993 with the support of UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization), Darou Pakhsh Pharma Chem (known as DPPC) has started its production in 1997 as a public stock company and entered the Tehran stock exchange. It received its charter and principle licence obtained from mininstry of commerce and Ministry of health. DPPC has managed to receive Iranian GMP certification in 2013 as well as other quality certiuficates such as: ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18000:2007, ISO 10002:2014, ISO 5001:2011, ISO 10015:1999, ISO 10013:2001 and ISO 14001:2004.

History EXIR Pharmaceutical Distribution Company (EXIR-PD) is one of the distributors which belongs to Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company (TPICO). It was founded in 2008, in order to develop the process of distribution of drugs, medicines, cosmetics and medical equipment. Exir-PD has started its official activities since 2009, after managing to obtain the relevant licenses.
