Mr. Futrell is active in all corporate and branch activities on a daily basis. For twenty straight years, Industrial Threaded Products has experienced a growth in sales volume over the preceding year. PRESENT: Industrial Threaded Products is a direct importer/distributor of com- mercial/construction related fasteners covering a wide range of products and materials. ITP has five fully stocked sales office/warehouse locations. Each loca- tion is an independent marketing and shipping facility with its own fleet of trucks, sales agents and shipping/receiving personnel. Each warehouse is on-line, via extensive computerized networking, with the other locations to utilize all of our inventory. Products and Guidelines: ITP imports standard fasteners for a vast range of stock items, and we also have the ability to import standards and specials from offshore in larger quantities. Our unique “Hold for Release” program allows us to release large mill purchases to our customers in monthly installments over a six month period, thus guaranteeing inventory, quality, and price. ITP has approximately 100,000 square feet of product in-house, available for immediate shipment. As one of the largest fastener distributors in the Western United States, we can ship most product off our shelf for same/next day delivery, if needed. Normal turn around is 2-3 days to your dock. Both, our importing and distributing services, can be performed by each branch independently, or product can be transferred immediately between branches by our unique and specialized inter-branch routing system. ITP offers a fleet of trucks for our Northern and Southern California customers’ service requirements. For our customers’ smaller requirements, UPS is available. And for those emergencies, when you find that your production line has just used that last fastener, your purchasing department will be relieved to know that we offer a complete will call service at all five locations for your convenience. Last but not least, our most valuable asset, far beyond our size of inventory, fleet of trucks, or vast domestic/import capabilities, is our people. Our combined sales staff offers over 200 years of fastener experience. We’ve been at this a while, and we’re more than ready to meet your needs. FUTURE: Our goals are continued growth in sales volume. Expansion in the size and geographic area of our customer base. Additional stocking/sales locations for even faster delivery. Extended inventory positions in depth and range. Increased serviceability to all of our customers in percentage of fill rate and on time perfor - mance. Improve our personnel training and education to better assist with our cus- tomers’ needs.
