Deze zouden nodig zijn voor het bepalen van vervolgtrajecten na inmiddels gehouden vooronderzoeken. Programmatisch gaat het bij zo'n workshop om enerzijds een bepaald standaardisatie-onderwerp voor een specifiek geïnteresseerd publiek, anderzijds gaat het daarbij steeds om algemene zaken zoals het werk van de WCC, zijn Classificatie-ontwikkelingsgroepen, de methodologie, de procedure, bestaande internationale standaarden, enz. Dit plan overdenkende, kwam het idee op om alle workshops op eenzelfde middag te houden, zodat met
