The work has been from ’ it - its nature , slow and tedious , but if in its result awakens in the members o r others a greater interest in the d . Humphreys and Edward Freyer , 4 , and for of B the rest the year we have Moses ennet , Jonathan Clarke , John Cullum , Joseph Prince , and Abraham — R i n fi . emmick , all , ten members the rst year Malachy 1 Salter and four others appear to have joined in 743 . In 1 1 744 but two members joined , and in 745 but three ; 1 6 1 two fi none in 74 , and in 747 but , so that at rst start ing very slight headway was made . At this meeting - s ix seventeen members are reported present , thirty mem bers absent , showing their whole number at that time - fifty three . Isaac Freeman , joshua Loring , Joseph Prince are Chose t R a Commit ee to Wait on the Widow Sarah Salter , elict of Jona Salter make a report to the next monthly - Meeting . At this meeting twenty one members were d 1 2 present . At the meeting of 3 March , 75 , a commit tee of five was appointed to Review the Articles Votes prepare for the press New Articles to be Reprinted 81: lay the Same before this Society at their ” . a t e o n Next Meeting , etc , and the next me ting , the th “ 5 April , it was Voted that the Articles with the Amendments Made by the Committee Chosen last month for the same purpose be Reprinted . Abiel ichardson that the ’ Society have Ord e r d them to Notify him they Expect he B t o pays his ond the Society as soon as it becomes due , if not they are hereby Directed he shall be Sued to the ” .
