The capital city, BAKU, aim to put Azerbaijan back to the fore of With the help of our international sponsors we aim for cycling with the SYNERGY - BAKU CYCLING PROJECT.

Together they have assembled a truly international squad & are registered with the UCI as a Continental Team for 2013 General Manager David McQuaid

David is a third generation member of the famous Irish cycling family - a family whom have had representation at 8 Olympic Games since 1948, an Irish Olympic record.

ª Jeremy was the British national road race champion in 1997 and in 2001.

ª Jeremy achieved 13 UCI wins and 1 Tour de France Participation.

ª In 2000 he began a 3 year stint at BigMat-Auber 93.

ª He spent 1 season for MBK-Oktos until in 2004 he joined Mr. Bookmaker-Palmans- Collstrop.

ª Hunt joined Crédit Agricole in 2008.

ª In 2009 he joined Cervélo TestTeam before being announced in October 2010 as a member of Team Sky's 2011 line-up.

ª Hunt was part of the Great Britain team that helped Mark Cavendish win the 2011 UCI World Road Race Championship & was a former team mate of Bradley Wiggins. Performance Analyst & Coach David McCann

ª David is a Cycling Ireland Level 2 Coach and a NIIC Strength and Conditioning Coach

ª David is a 3-time Olympian

ª David has achieved 45 UCI wins.

ª David was the Irish national road race champion in 2000, 2001 and 2006.

ª He has also won the Irish national time trial championships a record 6 times (2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2009 & 2010).

ª In 2005, McCann captured the overall title at the Tour de Korea.

ª In 2006 he won the Tour of Indonesia; 2 stages in the Tour of Thailand; 1 stage at the Tour of Qinghai Lake and 1 stage in the Tour of Azerbaijan.

ª He represented Northern Ireland at the Commonwealth Games time trial, !nishing 5th.

ª He was UCI ranked 31st on the 2009 Asian Tour, and ranked 4th for the 2010 season with 298.66 points after 11 wins. 6 Azeri Riders, will be joined by riders from Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Ukraine, Russia, Namibia, Malaysia & New Zealand.

We aim to have BAKU on the winners podium in races across Europe, Asia & Oceania.
