Dodson is the General Counsel at PetSmart. She served at Sara Lee Corporation from 2007 to 2010 as Chief Counsel, North America, then as Senior Vice President, General PLEASE JOIN US AT THE LEGAL AID SOCIETY Counsel and Corporate Secretary until earlier this year. Dodson earned her bachelor’s degree at City College of New York and her law degree from the Cornell Law School.
