FIR Date 24/08/2019 PS Phone Brief Facts of the Case Occurred on 24.08.2019 prior to 09.50hrs On Platform No.3 & 4 of Visakhapatnam RS and reported on the same day at 19.30hrs wherein the complainant KV Kumar, on duty SS, Visakhapatnam RS sent a death intimation as he received from intimation of Dr. Radha Krishna, MD, KGH that one male person aged about 40yrs found unconscious state at Platform No.3 & 4 of Visakhapatnam RS, immediately shifted him to KGH for medical treatment, while undergoing treatment the said unknown person died at KGH on 24.08.19 at 15.23hrs.
