The resolutions of the Fifth (51h) Meeting of the Eighth Executive Council of Vidyasagar University dated 07.12.2016.

Action of VC: 02(a) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the contract services of Kanika Das, Sunil Minz, Sankar Jana as Cooks, Mita Sing (Das), Gourab Biswas, Karmakar as Helpers, Anita Mukhi, Jitu Jhama & Piglu Behara as Sweepers of Prithilata Chatrinibas & Sidhu Kanu Birsa Chatrabas respectively for a further period of two months with effect from 13.09.2016. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the contract services of Kanika Das, Sunil Minz, Sankar ]ana as Cooks, Mita Sing (Das), Gourab Biswas, Nepal Karmakar as Helpers, Anita Mukhi, ]itu ]hama & Pigltt Behara as Sweepers of Prithilata Chatrinibas & Sidhu Kanu Birsa Chatrabas respectively for a further period of two months with effect from 13.09.2016 based on the letter bearing No. VU/DSW/686/2016 dated 19.10.2016 subntitted by the office of the Dean of Students' Welfare in this regard be ratified.

02(b) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the term of Smt. Dipa Nemai (Chowdhury) as Hostel Sweeper for a further period of two months with effect from 08.09.2016. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the tenn of Smt. Dipa Nemai (Chowdhury) as Hostel Sweeper for a further period of two mouths with effect from 08.09.2016 based on the letter bearing No. VU/DSW/688/2016 dated 19.10.2016 submitted by the office of the Dean of Students' Welfare in this J'egard be ratified.

02(c) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the service of Shri Radhakanta Sahoo as Office Assistant in the office of the Dean of Students' Welfare for a further period of two months with effect from 13.09.2016. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the service of Shri Radhakanta Sahoo as Office Assistant in the office of the Dean of Students' Wel;fare for a further period of two months with effect from 13.09.2016 based on the letter bearing No. VU/DSW/687/2016 dated 19.10.2016 submitted by the office of the Dean of Students' Welfare in this regard be ratified.

02(d) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the service of Ms. Likipa Maity as Cook in the Girls' Hostel of Vidyasagar University for a further period of two months with effect from 05.11.2016. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in extending the service of Ms. Likipa Maihj as Cook in the Girls' Hostel of Vidyasagar University for a further period of two months with effect from 05.11.2016 based on the letter bearing No. VU/DSW/703/2016 dated 02.11.2016 submitted by the office of the Dean of Students' Wel;fare in this regard be ratified.

02(e) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in approving the decisions of the Special Committee taken in its meeting held on 26.10.2016, constituted by the Works & Tender Committee for negotiation between L-1 & L-2 bidder for removal of bushes, grasses and shrubs etc. from the Vidysagar University campus, for execution. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in approving the decisions of the Special Committee taken in its meeting held on 26.10.2016, constituted by the Works & Tender Committee for negotiation between L-1 & L-2 bidder for removal of bushes, grasses and shrubs etc. from the Vidysagar University campus, for execution. be ratified.

Colleges stipulated by the University for the academic session 2014- 2015 and issuance of registration certificates withheld by the University for this purposes, for execution. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in approving the decisions of the meeting of the Finance Committee dated 11.11.2016 pertaining to approval of additional fund for construction of different buildings of Vidyasagar University taking into consideration of the UGC ftmd 1·eceived by the University for this purpose for execution be ratified.

02(h) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in confirming the service of Dr. Sibaji Pratim Basu as Professor in the Department of Political Science with Rural Administration of Vidyasagar University with effect from his date of joining the post at the University i.e. from the forenoon of 27.11.2015. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in confirming the service of Dr. Sibaji Pratim Basu as Professor in the Department of Political Science with Rural Administration of Vidyasagar University with effect from his date of joining the post at the University i.e. from the forenoon of 27.11.2015 based on the note put forwarded by the Establishmmt Section and on the basis of the satisfactory performance during his probation period as per rules of the University be ratified.

02(j) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in permitting Professor Tarun Kumar Banerjee, National Fellow, ICSSR, Department of Political Science with Rural Administration of the University for retaining the Unit No. B/2 of Vidyasagar University Teachers' Quarter upto 31.12.2017 for completion of his study under the National Fellowship Programme. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in permitting Professor Tarun Kumar Bane1jee, National Fellow, ICSSR, Department of Political Science with Rural Administration of the University for retaining the Unit No. B/2 of Vidyasagar University Teachers' Quarter up to 31.12.2017 based on the prayer bearing letter dated 06.12.2016 submitted by Professor Tarun Kumar Bane1jee for completion of his study under the National Fellowship Programme be ratified.

02(k) To ratify the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in permitting Shri Santanu Bera, Research Assistant, Womens' Studies Centre of Vidyasagar University for pursuing in Ph.D. programme at Sri Satya Sai University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Resolution: Resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in permitting Shri Santanu Bera, Research Assistant, Womens' Studies Centre of Vidyasagar University for pursuing in Ph.D. programme at Sri Satya Sai University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh based on the letter dated 21.11.2016 submitted by Shri Bera in this regard be ratified.

Resolution: The Executive Council of VidyasagaY University noted the letter bearing D.O. No. F.1-1/2016(Secy) dated 29.09.2016 Yeceived from the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi stating that the UGC Act, 1956 was enacted by the Parliament of India with a vision of creating a statutory body which can be vested with the 1·esponsibility Joy determination and maintenance of standards of teaching, examination and YeseaYch therein. Special Secretary to the Governor of West Bengal wherein the Hon'ble Chancellor of Vidyasagar University has given his kind assent to preside over the Nineteenth Convocation of Vidyasagar University on 09.02.2017 based on the proposal submitted by the University regarding fixation of holding the said convocation at the Vidyasagar University. After thorough discussion on the letter 1·eceived from the O.S.D. & E.O. Special Secretary to the Governor of West Bengal regarding the assent of the His Excellency to the Govemor of West Bengal and Hon'ble Chancellor of Vidyasagar University for presiding over the Nineteenth Convocation of Vidyasagar University on 09.02.2017, it was resolved that the said Convocation of this University be held on that date duly assented by His Excellency to the Govemor of West Bengal and Hon'ble Chancellor of Vidyasagar Utiiversity. ~

Discussion: OS(a) To consider the letter bearing No. 232/BI-VU/16 dated 10.11.2016 submitted by the Chairman, Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS), Kolkata pertaining to granting of permanent affiliation for conducting 2-Year M.B.A. Programme of Vidyasagar University on regular mode. Resolution : The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the letter bearing No. 232/BI-VU/16 dated 10.11.2016 submitted by the Chairman, Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS), Kolkata requesting for granting permanent affiliation for conducting 2-Year M.B.A. programme of Vidyasagar University on regular mode. After thorough discussion on the letter bearing No. 232/BI-VU/16 dated 10.11.2016 submitted by the Chairman, Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS), Kolkata pertaining to granting of permanent affiliation for conducting 2-Year M.B.A. Programme of Vidyasagar University on regular mode, it was resolved that necessary affiliation be extended to Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS), Kolkata for conducting the said programme on regular mode for a further period of two years (sessions 2017-2018 & 2018-2019) with effect j1·om the session 2017-2018 subject to fulfillment of deposition of an one time affiliation fee of rupees ten lacs (Rs.10.00 Lacs) only to the University along with the other terms & conditions as per the nonns /regulations of the University.

OS(b) To place before the Executive Council of Vidyasagar University, the Holiday List of Vidyasagar University and the University Diary for the year 2017. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the Holiday List along with the Wall Calendar and also the University Diary for the year - 2017 of Vidyasagar University prepared by the office of the Registrar on the basis of state government's holiday list- 2017. After thorough discussion on the Holiday List- 2017 along with the Wall Calendar prepared by the office of the Registrar based on the holiday list of the state govemment, it was resolved that the said Holiday List of the Vidyasagar University for the year 2017 be accepted and approved. Resolved also that the Wall Calendar of the University attached with the Holiday list be accepted and approved with ntinor changes. Resolved fttrther that the University Diary as prepared by the office of the Registrar of this University for the year 2017 be accepted and approved.

OS(c) To consider the letter bearing No. HLC/July/2016/224 dated 29.07.2016 submitted by the Secretary, Haldia Law College, Haldia pertaining to extending permanent affiliation of Haldia Law College. Resolution: Consideration of the item was deferred.

OS(d) To consider the letter bearing No. VU/SNT/Adivasi Museum/263/2016 dated 27.10.2016 submitted by the Head, Department of Santali of Vidyasagar University pertaining to employment of a Care-taker for daily maintenance of the Adivasi Museum. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the letter bearing No. VU/SNT/Adivasi Museum/263/2016 dated 27.10.2016 submitted by the Head, Department of Santali of Vidyasagar University tating that a Adivasi Museum has been set up in Vidyasagar University with the fund received under RUSA. There are so many valuable ornaments, precious scross paintings, musical instruments of various Adivasi Communities and gannents. The sub-committee constituted for the said

museum in its meeting dated 08.09.2016 resolved that for the daily maintenance of the said museum, a Care-taker may be employed. In this connection the Head of the Department of San tali has requested to consider their proposal for employment of a Care-taker for this purpose. After thorough discussion on the letter submitted by the Head, Department of Santali of Vidyasagar University pertaining to employment of a Care­ taker for daily maintenance of the Adivasi Museum, it was resolved that the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal be approached for creation of a Care-taker for daily maintenance of the said Museum at the Vidyasagar University and for the time being one person may be engaged from the Innovative project purely on daily wage basis for this purpose. Resolved also that Professor T.D. Purkayastha be requested to process further in this regard.

OS(e) To consider the letter bearing No. PKC/16/IC-VU/317 dated 18.10.2016 submitted by the Principal, Prabhat Kumar College, Contai pertaining to condonation of three (03) excess intake admitted by them in Geography(Hons.) for the academic session 2016-2017. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the the letter bearing No. PKC/16/IC-VU/317 dated 18.10.2016 submitted by the Principal, Prabhat Kumar College, Contai stating that inadvertently they have admitted three excess students in Geography (Hons.) course for the academic session 2016-2017. In this comtection, the Principal has requested to condone such excess students for this year only. After careful consideration of the letter submitted by the Principal, Prabhat Kumar College, Contai pertaining to condonation of three (03) excess intake admitted by them in Geography(Hons.) for the academic session 2016-2017, it was resolved that the excess admission of such three students in Geography(Hons.) for the academic session 2016-2017 of Prabhat Kumar College, Contai be condoned as a special case as per norms subject to submission of an undertaking by the Principal of the said college not to repeat such practice in future.

OS(f) To note the letter bearing D.O. No. F.14-25/2016(CPP-II) dated 11.11.2016 received from the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi pertaining to implementation of NCC as an elective subject in universities. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the letter bearing D.O. No. F.14-25/2016(CPP-II) dated 11.11.2016 received from the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi stating that as per their earlier communications, the Ministry of Human Resource Development, as part of discussion in the JSR&D Conference held on 30.07.2015 has decided to implement NCC as an elective subject to be taken up by all universities. In this connection the Secretary has requested to implement the NCC as an elective subject in Vidyasagar University for the benefit of the students. After thorough discussion on the letter received from the SecretanJ, University Grants Commission, New Delhi pertaining to implementation of NCC as an elective subject in universities, it was resolved that a Committee consisting of the Secretary, Faculty Councils for Postgraduate Studies, the Secretary, Council for Undergraduate Studies, the Programme Co-ordinator, N.S.S. and the Inspector of Colleges - Convener be constituted to look into the matter for implementation of the said course initially for four(04) community colleges and thereafter o~~olleges in this regard.

OS(g) To note the notification bearing No. 984-Edn(U)/1 U(Law)-38/16 dated 30.11.2016 issued by the Assistant Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Higher Education Department pertaining to clarification on the implementation of G.O. No. 2883(7)-Edn(U) dated 15/16.11.1979 governing the re-employment of University Teachers upon superannuation on the attainment of the age of sixty years. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the letter bearing No. 984-Edn(U)/1U(Law)-38/16 dated 30.11.2016 issued by the Assistant Secretary to the Govemment of West Bengal, Higher Education Department pertaining to clarification ou the implementation of G.O. No. 2883(7)-Edn(U) dated 15/16.11.1979 governing the re-employment of University Teachers upon superannuation on the attainment of the age of sixty years. The Executive Council also noted that said G.O. No. 2883(7) shall be kept in abeyance with immediate effect and until further orders and no new case under the provisions of the said G.O. shall be approved until further orders from this end ; furtlteJ~ cases where decisions have been taken for granting fresh re-employment/renewal of re-employment but which have not been given effect up till the issuance of this Order, shall not be given effect to until further orders from this end as stated by the Assistant Secretary in his aforesaid uotificatiou. The Executive Council noted further the letter written by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of Vidyasagar University bearing No. VU/VC/155/2016 dated 06.12.2016 to the Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal based on the said notification for clarification/advise on different issues like, release of such re-employed teachers along with release of their financial benefits, 1·ecruitment of such posts, vacating of staff quarters provided by them, continuation of PI in the ongoing project, supervisors of Ph.D. students, appointment as guest faculty/adjunct faculty or any honorary capacity, assignment iu any examination related issues etc. of such re-employed teachers at Vidyasagar Uuviersity. The Executive Council noted again that such notification has already been implemented to the University for such category as advised by the Higher Education Department. After thorough discussion on the notification issued by the Assistant Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Higher Education Department pertaining to clarification on the implementation of G.O. No. 2883(7)­ Edn(U) dated 15/16.11.1979 goveming the re-employment of University Teachers upon superannuation on the attainment of the age of sixty years, it was resolved that the action of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor in implementing the notification dated 30.11.2016 issued by the Higher Education Department in this regard be ratified. It was also resolved that such re-employed teachers may be offered as adjunct guest faculty subject to the approval of the Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal. It was resolved further that in the new University Diary for the year 2017, their names should not be incorporated.

05(h) To place before the Executive Council of Vidyasagar University, the note dated 06.12.2016 prepared and submitted by the office of the University Engineer along with the quotation pertaining to supplying and fixing of Automatic Rescue Device with Batteries for the passenger lift at the Annex Building (New Administrative Building). Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the above mentioned note along with the quotation received from Engineers Vertical Services Pvt. Ltd., a Manufacturer of EVS Elevator, stating that the

Engineers Vertical Services Pvt. Ltd. has submitted a quotation amounting to rupees one lac seventy five thousand (Rs.1,75,000!-) only for SITC of Auto11wtic Rescue Device with Battery for existing Lift at Vidyasagar University. After negotiation with the VSPL authority, they have agreed to do the said job to rupees one lac fifty thousand (Rs.1,50,000/-) only. After thorough discussion on the note prepared and submitted by the office of the University Engineer and subsequently the quoted rate submitted by the VSPL authority after negotiation pertaining to SITC of Automatic Rescue Device with Battery for existing Lift at Vidyasagar University, it was resolved that an amount of rupees one lac fifty thousand (Rs.1,50,000/-) only as agreed by them be approved for this purpose. Resolved also that the University Engineer of this University be requested to process further in this regard.

OS(i) To place before the Executive Council of Vidyasagar University, the note dated 06.12.2016 prepared by the office of the University Engineer along with the letter bearing No. EVA/123/2016-2017 dated 24.11.2016 submitted by the Engineers Vertical Services (P) Ltd. regarding quotation for Annual Comprehensive Maintenance for one number of 'EVS' Make Auto Door Passenger lift installed at Vidyasagar University. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the note dated 06.12.2016 pertaining to annual comprehensive maintenance contract of Auto Door Passenger Lift at the Annex Building of Vidyasagar University. The Executive Council also noted the quotation bearing letter No. EVA/123/2016-2017 dated 24.11.2016 received from the Engineers Vertical Services (P) Ltd. for this purpose. The Executive Council noted further that after negotiation the EVS authority has agreed to do the said job to rupees sixty thousand per year. After thorough discussion on the note dated 06.12.2016 prepared by the office of the University Engineer along with the letter bearing No. EVA/123/2016-2017 dated 24.11.2016 submitted by the Engineers Vertical Services (P) Ltd. 1·egarding quotation for Annual Comprehensive Maintenance for one number of 'EVS' Make Auto Door Passenger lift installed at Vidyasagar University, it was resolved that an amount of rupees sixty thousand (Rs.60,000/-) only per year be approved for this purpose as agreed upon by the EVS for this purpose. Resolved also that the University Engineer of this University be requested to take futtlter process in this regard.

OS(j) To place before the Executive Council of Vidyasagar University, the letter dated 06.12.2016 submitted by the General Secretary, Vidyasagar University Teachers' Association (VUTA) pertaining to intimation regarding cease work on 07.12.2016 during working hours exempting examination related duties. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the letter dated 06.12.2016 submitted by the General Secretary, Vidyasagar University Teachers' Association (VUTA) stating that on behalf of the V.U.T.A. he likes to draw the attention of the University regarding some issues decided in its Emergency General Body meeting held on 06.12.2016. The Executive Council also noted the detailed issues taken by them in its emergency General Body meeting in this tegard. The Executive Council also noted that no permission was sought for holding such demonstration.

After thorough discussion on the letter submitted by the General Secretary, Vidyasagar University Teachers' Association (VUTA) pertaining to intimation regarding cease work on 07.12.2016 during working hours exempting examination related duties and careful consideration of some other related issues taken by them in an emergency General Body meeting held on 06.12.2016, it was resolved as follows: (1) condemned the incident took place on 02.12.2016 pertaining to destructing the University properties made by some persons/miscreants. (2) condemned the demonstration made by the V.U.T.A. on 07.12.2016 at morning in the University campus. (3) disapproved all issues raised by you on behalf of V.U.T.A. in your aforesaid letter except re-instating the re-employed teachers. (4) requested all teachers of this University to pe1jonn their normal duties at the University. (5) a General Diary (GD) may be lodged at the local police station, if the Enquiry Officer constituted for the incident took place on 02.12.2016 at the University campus or by your organization desires in this regard.

05(k) To consider the letter bearing No. SM/1263/16 dated 24.11.2016 submitted by the Teacher-in-Charge, Subarnarekha Mahavidyalaya, Gopiballavpur pertaining to extension of the present term of the Governing Body (6th) of the college for a further period of three months. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the bearing No. SM/1263/16 dated 24.11.2016 submitted by the Teacher-in­ Charge, Subarnarekha Mahavidyalaya, Gopiballavpur stating that the term of the 6th Governing Body of the college was extended for the 2"d time but they have not received any Government nominees till date for formation of the next Governing Body of the College. In this connection, the Teacher-in­ charge of the said college has requested to extend the term of the Governing Body again for another three months for formation of the said Governing Body of the College. After thorough discussion on the letter submitted by the Teacher-in-Charge, Subamarekha Mahavidyalaya, Gopiballavpur stating that the term of the 6th Governing Body of the college, it was resolved that the present term of the Governing Body of the said college be extended for a further period of two(02) months with effect from 14.12.2016 for this purpose.

05(1) To consider the letter bearing No. VU-Vice/515/16 dated 29.11.2016 submitted by the Principal, Ramnagar College, Depal in the district of Purba Medinipur pertaining to permission for registration of seven numbers of excess students admitted in the college for the academic session 2016-2017. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the letter bearing No. VU-Vice/515/16 dated 29.11.2016 submitted by the Principal, Ramnagar College, Depal in the district of Purba Medinipur stating that inadvertently they have admitted six students beyond the intake capacity in the academic session 2016-2017. In this connection the Principal has requested to accord necessary pennission for registration of such excess students for that academic session. The Executive Council also noted that they have admitted two (02) numbers of excess student, viz. Ms. Susama Payra and Shri Sanjay ]ana in Aquaculture Management & Technology and five(05) numbers of excess student, viz. Shri Surajit Sau,

Shri Somnath Sahoo, Shri Bikash Nayak, Shri Arijit Chakraborty and Shri Prasanta Pramanik in Industrial Fish & Fishery courses. After thorough discussion on the letter submitted by the Principal, Ramnagar College, Depal in the district of Purba Medinipur pertaining to permission for registration of seven numbers of excess students admitted in the college for the academic session 2016-2017, it was resolved that the college be permitted for registration of seven numbers of excess students admitted into honours course of Aquaculture Management & Technology (02 Nos.) and B.Sc. Major course of Industrial Fish & Fishery (05 Nos.) respectively for the academic session 2016-2017 with super late fine as per the 1torms of the University as a special case subject to submission of an undertaking not to repeat such practice in near future.

05(m) To consider the letter bearing Memo No. 191/GGDC/MNP/2016 dated 23.09.2016 submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Government General Degree College at Mohanpur in the district of Paschim Medinipur pertaining to nomination of two University nominees for formation of the Governing Body of the college. Resolution: The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University noted the letter bearing Memo No. 191/GGDC/MNP/2016 dated 23.09.2016 submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Government General Degree College at Mohanpur in the district of Paschim Medinipur stating that the Governing Body of the said college needs to be fanned in due course as per the norms of the Government for systematic functioning of the college. In this connection the Officer-in-Charge has requested to send two nominees of the University for formation of the said Governing Body. After thorough discussion on the letter submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Government General Degree College at Mohanpur in the district of Paschim Medinipur pertaining to nomination of two University nominees for formation of the Governing Body of the college, it was resolved that two persons be nominated as University nominees to the Governing Body of the said College. Resolved also that regarding nomination of persons, the matter be left to the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor for necessary action.

05(n) To consider the letter dated 17.11.2016 submitted by Dr. Dilip Kumar Maiti, Associate Professor, Department of Applied Mathematics with Oceanology and Computer Programming of Vidyasagar University pertaining to granting of duty leave or any other admissible leave for availing the visiting scholarship under IMSc Associateship Programme during 19.12.2016 to 06.01.2017. Renewal of Service: 06(a) To consider the application dated 03.11.2016 submitted by Shri Partha Chowdhuri, Assistant Professor (Contractual) in the Department of Computer Science of this University pertaining to renewal of his contract service for a further period. Resolution : The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University considered the application dated 03.11.2016 submitted by Shri Partha Chowdhuri, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science of this University purely on contract basis pertaining to renewal of his contract service in his present post for a further period. Resolved that on the basis of the satisfactory pe1jormance during his contract period, the contract service of Shri Partha Chowdhuri in the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science of Vidyasagar University be renewed for a further period of two(2) years with effect from 06.12.2016 along with the admissible allowance as per the norms of the University.

06(b) To consider the application dated 19.05.2016 submitted by Shri Kingshuk Chakraborty, Technical Assistant (Contractual) in the Department of Computer Science of this University pertaining to renewal of his contract service for a further period. Resolution : The Executive Council of Vidyasagar University considered the application dated 19.05.2016 submitted by Shri Kingslwk Chakraborty, Technical Assistant in the Department of Computer Science of this University purely on contract basis pertaining to renewal of his contract service in his present post for a further period.
