Requirements Right now, HD Shanghai is the right place and the right time to experience the rapidly changing world from the center of that change. We require the following from each of our teachers:  Bachelors degree  State license to teach  2 year of experience (a degree in education can suffice in lieu of 2 years experience)  No criminal record  Open to new cultures and ideas  Willing to relocate  Willing to sign 2 year contract.

Compensation In return, we offer a competitive salary depending on experience. Beginning teachers salary packages are typically ~$51,326. This includes paid vacation of all national holidays, 3 weeks for Chinese New Years, and 2 months off for summer. Housing allowance, relocation reimbursements, annual leave airfare, temporary accommodations, visa, work permit , resident card, and medical benefits are included in the teacher's contract. Families are welcome and extra reimbursement for moving costs are available, as well as discounted tuition for dependent children.
