    Trabajo de Investigación Final Mauro Caversazzi María Catalina Martelli Introducción El siguiente trabajo fue elaborado sobre la base de las pautas del Trabajo Integrador Final en el segundo cuatrimestre del año 2014. El mismo tiene como objetivo aplicar los conocimientos teóricos de la carrera al análisis de una empresa. La organización seleccionada fue Ferrero Argentina S.A. Se realizó una investigación profunda de los aspectos internos y del entorno y, a partir de esto, se determinaron los públicos más relevantes para llevar a cabo un plan de comunicación respecto de problemáticas que se pudieron reconocer en el desarrollo del trabajo. Para facilitar el entendimiento, al inicio del práctico se elaboró un glosario de términos. A partir de la investigación de la empresa se armó una presentación, que consta de la historia, el estado actual del negocio, descripción de su actividad y de sus productos. Con el análisis interno, se presentó la filosofía corporativa, la cultura corporativa y su postura ética. También el organigrama del sector comercial y las políticas de comunicación, de publicidad y marketing. El análisis del entorno de la organización fue llevado a cabo con la herramienta PESTEL para ver su contexto, se detalla la industria donde se desarrolla la empresa, el sector correspondiente y la observación de la competencia. A partir de la información recopilada, se pudieron identificar una lista de diferentes públicos con los que la organización interactúa regularmente.
