NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Development Finance Agency (“MassDevelopment”), as successor to the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority, on May 12, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. at 99 High Street, 11th Floor, , Massachusetts 02110, on the proposal of Partners HealthCare System, Inc. (“Partners”), whose main address is 800 , Suite 1100, Boston, Massachusetts 02199, to approve a plan of financing generally consisting of the following healthcare projects: (a) financing the renovation, equipping and furnishing of facilities and the installation of software and the acquisition or construction of various other capital improvements, including but not limited to, replacing medical and office (including computer and communication) equipment, electrical switchgear upgrades, making ADA upgrades and improvements, and updating internal and external signage, at the following locations: Brigham and Women’s Health Care, Inc., The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inc. and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Inc. facilities at 5, 15, 45, 48, 70 and 75 Francis Street, 181, 221 and 375 Longwood Avenue, 500 , 10, 20 and 22 Vining Street, 116 , 20 Shattuck Street, 60 and 75 Fenwood Road, 41-45 and 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur, 1620 , and 801 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts, 830 and 850 Boylston Street in Brookline, Massachusetts, 20 Patriot Place, Foxborough, Massachusetts, 640, 1133 and 1153 Centre Street, 3297 Washington Street and 10 Green Street in , Massachusetts, and 1832 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Massachusetts; and (b) financing the renovation, equipping and furnishing of facilities and the installation of software and the acquisition or construction of various other capital improvements, including but not limited to, replacing medical and office (including computer and communication) equipment at the following locations: The Massachusetts General Hospital and The General Hospital Corporation facilities at 16, 30, 40, 40R, 60, 66, 80, 90 and 100 Blossom Street, 100, 165, 175, 185, 239, 275, 316, 326 and 327 Cambridge Street, 215, 265, 267, 273 and 275 , 30, 32, 45 and 55 Fruit Street, 12 Garden Street, 1 and 3 Hawthorne Place, 99, 100, and 125 Nashua Street, 10, 15 and 40 Parkman Street, 25 North Anderson Street, 2, 4, 10 and 36 North Grove Street, 10 Whittier Place, 0, 2, 5 and 10 Emerson Place, 1 Bowdoin Square, 294 Washington Street, 332 , and 388 Commonwealth Avenue, in Boston, Massachusetts, 1 and 36 1st Avenue, 75, 149 and 199 13th Street, 114 16th Street, 15 Green Street, 73 High Street and 76 Monument Street, Charlestown, Massachusetts, 100 and 151 Everett Avenue, Chelsea, Massachusetts, 102 Endicott Street, Danvers, Massachusetts, 19 Norwood Street, Everett, Massachusetts, 1 Maguire Road, Lexington, Massachusetts, One Cabot Road, Medford, Massachusetts, 128 1st Avenue, Needham, Massachusetts, 555 Forest Street, Marlborough, Massachusetts, 300 Broadway and 300 Ocean Avenue, Revere, Massachusetts, and 121 Innerbelt Road, Somerville, Massachusetts. These projects are or will be owned and operated by Partners and its affiliates, as described above. MassDevelopment proposes the financing and refinancing of such costs by the making of up to $15,000,000 in new loans from funds available for recycling under Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds, Partners HealthCare System, Capital Asset Program Issue, Series P (1997), which bonds do not and will not constitute a debt or pledge of faith and credit of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts or MassDevelopment. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the Project or the use of the proceeds of such obligations to finance and refinance the Project will be given the opportunity to do so at the public hearing or may, prior to the time of the public hearing, submit their views in writing to MassDevelopment at 99 High Street, 11th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.
