While the list of contributors is too many to name individually, we want to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for the tireless efforts of all that participated in this assessment. This includes the Valley Presbyterian Hospital Community Benefits team (Pegi Matsuda, Senior Vice President, Community and Market Development, and Aubrey Farkas, Community Development Manager), members of our VCCC Board of Directors, Data Committee, public health experts, physicians, VCCC partner agencies, and community residents. The VCCC staff and interns worked many hours on gathering data, mapping assets, and assisting with key informant interviews, focus groups, community forums, and gathering surveys. We would like to give special recognition to the graduate and undergraduate health and public health interns working on this project from California State University, Northridge and California State University, Los Angeles. Their efforts have been instrumental in completing this report. In addition, recognition would not be complete without thanking the VCCC CHNA Data Committee who assisted with this report but are working with VCCC on our larger SPA 2 effort. A roster of these individuals is provided below. Their guidance and support has been a valuable asset to our team.
