Pursuant to the parties’ agreement, and the Board’s Order dated March 11, 2020, Applicant,

The proposed amendment is limiting in nature, and Opposer, TBL Licensing, LLC,

expressly consents to the entry of the above amendment.

Conditioned upon the acceptance of the above amendment by the Trademark Trial and

Appeal Board and the entry of the amendment by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Opposer

hereby withdraws Opposition No. 91253210, with prejudice, with the consent of Applicant.
