It also emphasized on the weeding out policy of the University libraries as it was the key element of library space management. Methods: For this study, both qualitative and quantitative approach for data collection had been used. A structured questionnaire was prepared and sent to the head of the libraries for collecting relevant information and personal interview with the librarians had also been done.
