(CLU Fees) 5% fee Rs.1270/- Draft no.727121 dated: 23-09- 2019, Named for Chief Administrator Puda, , Building Fees Rs. 17370 / - Draft Number 727120, dated 23-09-2019, which is in the name of District Town Planner, Ferozepur and estimated cost of Building 1 of the building. % Sess Fee Rs. 25240 / - D. Number 727122, Date 23-0902019 which Sectory Punjab Building & Other Construction Works Welfare Board, . This office has no objection to setting up a retail outlet / petrol pump at the subject site. In the future, Master Planner will be obliged to leave 10'9 "space from its site according to the customs / company rules to extend the 38'-6" wide road 60 feet wide ahead of the site at Guruharsahai. Regarding subject of final NOC for Retail outlet recommended. According to the government's instructions, this NOC should be considered as a land use conversion certificate and construction should be ensured within two years upon the issuance of this letter.
