This will assist to minimising traffic flows at the Accreditation Centres and provides an efficient service to its key stakeholder groups. For Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the accreditation validation counters will be located at: • Tokyo (Haneda) International Airport (HND) for international arrivals only (Terminals3) and, • Narita International Airport (NRT) for international arrivals only (Terminals 1 and 2 only). Due to their location and the premium placed on space in airports, validation counters usually do not have any printing or image capture capabilities. Hence any participants who do not have their PVC or are not able to be accredited will be sent to the designated or relevant Accreditation Centre for issuing their OIAC/PIAC and/or problem resolution. 13 Tokyo (Haneda) International Airport (HND) Facility type Accreditation Validation Counters – Airports Terminal 3 (before Immigration), Haneda Airport, Address Ota-ku, Tokyo 144-0041 OIAC/PIAC Distribution No Pre-Valid Card Validation Yes Services Lost/Stolen/Damaged Replacement No Help Desk No Olympic Games Operation Dates and Times Paralympic Games Operation Dates and Times 01 July – 12 July 09:00 – 22:00 11 August – 16 August 09:00 – 22:00 13 July – 23 July 06:00 – 24:00 17 August – 24 August 06:00 – 24:00 24 July – 08 August 09:00 – 22:00 25 August – 29 August 09:00 – 22:00 09 August – 10 August Closed 30 August – Closed 14 Narita International Airport (NRT) Facility type Accreditation Validation Counters – Airports Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (before Immigration), Address Narita Airport, Narita-city, Chiba 282-0004 OIAC/PIAC Distribution No Pre-Valid Card Validation Yes Services Lost/Stolen/Damaged Replacement No Help Desk No Olympic Games Operation Dates and Times Paralympic Games Operation Dates and Times 01 July – 12 July 09:00 – 22:00 11 August – 16 August 09:00 – 22:00 13 July – 23 July 06:00 – 24:00 17 August – 24 August 06:00 – 24:00 24 July – 08 August 09:00 – 22:00 25 August – 29 August 09:00 – 22:00 09 August – 10 August Closed 30 August – Closed 15 2.2 Accreditation Centres Information Uniform & Accreditation Centre (UAC) Facility type UAC (Uniform and Accreditation Centre) TOKYO-UAC Building 1-10-16 Roppongi, Minato-ku Address Tokyo Nearest Kamiyacho Station MT Building Exit (Hibiya Line) public Toranomon Station A2 Exit (Hibiya Line) transport Roppongi 1-chome Station 3 Exit (Namboku Line) OIAC/PIAC Distribution Yes Pre-Valid Card Validation Yes Services Lost/Stolen/Damaged Replacement Yes Help Desk Yes TP Card Distribution Yes Olympic Games OIAC Distribution Dates and Times Paralympic Games PIAC Distribution Dates and Times 1 May – 31 May (Closed: Weekend/Public Holiday) 09:00 – 19:00 26 July – 5 September 09:00
