GRADE POINT AVERAGE All Mastery coursework is graded on a 1-100 scale. QUARTILE GPA RANGE Anything below 76 earns zero credit. TOP 4.25 - 3.35 GPA is based on a 4.0 scale. AP courses are weighted SECOND 3.34 - 2.87 on a 5.0 scale. Summer school courses are pass/fail and weighted on a 3.0 scale. THIRD 2.86 - 2.52 GPA is calculated by multiplying the grade earned FOURTH 2.51 & BELOW by the course credit.

THE SCHOOL
Mastery Charter School – Lenfest Campus is a high-performing, college-preparatory charter school serving students in Northeast Philadelphia. The school opened its doors as a Mastery public charter school in 2001 and it is one of the highest performing public or public charter high schools in Philadelphia. ENROLLMENT BY ETHNICITY The school currently has an enrollment total of 595 students in grades 7 through 12.
White 2% 73% of our student body is classified as economically African Hispanic 5% American disadvantaged (qualifying for the Free/Reduced Lunch Multi-Ethnic 1% 91% program) and 27% receive Special Education services. A breakdown of student ethnic backgrounds is shown.
