Dean of Student Services Becca Freeland SCHOOL PROFILE 2015-2016 The Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA), a public charter school located in the heart of Dean of Instruction Sally Lopez Santa Ana, California, provides a six year comprehensive academic and conservatory arts program to students in grades 7 through 12. Established in 1987, OCSA is one of the premier Dean of Facilities and Operations arts schools in the nation where aspiring young artists have the opportunity to refine their skills William Wallace, Ed.
