As soon as you board the glass-dome coach or deluxe motorcoach, your job is simply to sit back relax and soak up some truly incredible scenery. The forests create a vibrant display of red, orange, and gold, mixed with evergreen. Snow frosts the mountain peaks. The animals forage through the wilderness to prepare for the coming winter. Salmon are spotted in the rivers as they return to their place of birth. Join us as we retrace the steps of the 19th century explorers who first marveled at this untamed wilderness. Every stop will find us someplace enchanting, from the cosmopolitan city of to the picturesque mountain towns of Lake Louise and Banff; each destination is captivating in its own way. We will arrive and check-in to the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Surrounded by soaring mountain peaks, the majestic Victoria Glacier and a glistening emerald lake, our home for this evening will be one to remember. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 We will get an early start this morning as we head to the Kamloops Station to board our luxury train. On today’s journey west, we will again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the Interior, through winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Coast and Cascade Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate, a narrow canyon where the volume of water rushing through is about three times greater than Niagara Falls. We will enjoy gourmet food and drink along the way before arriving in Vancouver in the early evening, our home for the next two nights. We will board our private transfer to the hotel and enjoy a free evening to explore this beautiful city. We have included admission to the Vancouver Lookout which gives you a 360 degree view of one of the most beautiful cities in the world. (B & L)

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7 Enjoy a hot breakfast this morning before we head out for our sightseeing tour of Vancouver’s spectacular North Shore with breathtaking views of the city, ocean and surrounding mountains. Highlights include a walk across the Capilano Suspension Bridge (450 ft long and 230 ft high) and a ride on the Grouse Mountain Skyride. We will finish the day with a special group farewell dinner. Check Payment The deposit of $500 per person is due with the reservation form plus the optional travel insurance payment (if applicable). The second and third payment of $2500 and $1999 are due on March 1 and June 1, 2021. All payments must be in the form of a check made payable to Siouxland Travel. We do not accept credit cards as a form of payment for this tour.

Health, Passport and Insurance Tour participants are completely responsible for their own well-being and fitness prior and during the tour and should receive their physician’s approval to engage in the tour. Participants must be in the possession of a valid passport (must be valid until at least March 8, 2022). If you have been convicted of a felony in the last 5 years or if you have a DUI offense on your record, you may need to request special permission to enter Canada. Release and Assumption of Risk Due to unforeseen circumstances Siouxland Travel might alter accommodations, routes or sights from those mentioned in the itinerary. Participants must recognize that during the tour accidents and illnesses may occur and that forces of nature or transportation modes may cause inconveniences, delays and/or cancellations. Siouxland Travel will not be liable for any personal injury, property loss or property damage to any tour participant. The tour operator, while taking every precaution with the participant’s property, is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience in the handling of that property. The participants assumes all of the above risks and will hold operators harmless from all liability, and any and all action or demand which they now have or which may arise, in connection with the tour or any other activity arranged for the client by the tour operator and their agents.
