 Invitations of IT Key Persons from Governments in Asian countries (in 2011) CICC invited IT-related key persons from governmental organizations in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam in October, 2011. They gave presentations on IT Utilization for Social Problems in their country, IT policy, e- government, IT projects etc. and shared information among participating countries including Japan. On the Japanese side, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry gave a keynote speech on IT policy in Japan and IT Utilization in the Great East Japan Earthquake. gave a keynote speech on the Supercomputer which supports a safe, reliable and sustainable society. and NEC introduced advanced approaches of IT utilization.

 Invitations of IT Key Persons from Governments in Asian countries (in 2010) CICC invites to Japan key persons in computerization in Asian economies to exchange opinions regarding specific cooperation projects in computerization.

CICC co-organized “Asia Green IT Forum 2010” by inviting 11 economies in cooperation with the Green IT Promotion Council and Japan and Industries Association (JEITA) in October, 2010.

Information  Conduct on-site seminars on IT CICC organized the Joint Seminar on the “Introduction to IT Utilization for Economy-Society Building with Safety Value” in February 2012 in cooperation with the following governments. - Indonesia: Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) -Vietnam: Vietnam National Institute of and Digital Content Industry (NISCI), Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) CICC speakers shared with the such information introducing three examples of how information technology has been used to solve significant social issues in Japan, whose presentation titles are “Geographic Information System (GIS) for the Government Operation“, ”Introduction to Disaster Prevention Solution and Lessons learned from the Great East Japan Earthquake“ and “Surveillance Solutions for Infrastructural Facilities and Environment”.
