By Dorothy Rinaldi

....that Bob Stuart and Jessie Hartline are celebrating 30 happy years at Rutgers?

....that Elena Goldman, Anshu Anil and Elena’s husband, Denis, joined the Peace Run America and said it was great fun to run with the peace torch through Highland Park. More amazing is that last November Elena ran and finished her first marathon in six hours in . And this is while keeping up with her graduate studies! They followed this with a trip to see the Grand Canyon, and along the way Elena and her husband stopped off to visit Mythreyi Bhargavan in Phoenix, Arizona, who is settling down in her new job with American Express.

....that Heather Cammisa and Margaret Windrem participated in a mini-triathalon with Heather swimming a half mile, Margaret running 3 miles, and another friend biking 15 miles. They came in first place and have a plaque to prove it. In between running and working, Margaret found time to buy a new house in Raritan, which she is now decorating and fixing up. And Heather has returned to work for Monroe Berkowitz in the Bureau of Economic Research. Heather is also quite proud of her dog, Shane, who received a certificate for “Canine Good Citizen” given by the American Kennel Club to become a “therapy dog” who will visit nursing homes.

....that Barry Sopher and Merih Uctum are the proud parents of a baby girl, Derya Lydia, who will be keeping big brother, Revan, company.

....that the stork was busy over the summer. Eric Friedman and his wife, Michelle, had a baby boy, John. Eric said: “Mother, father and John’s big brother, David, are all doing fine.” Hilary Sigman and her husband, Howard Chang, announced the birth of their first child, a boy, Merrick, and said: “We are delighted with our latest joint project.”

....that we enjoyed our visits from Christina, Michelle’s Villalva’s new baby, as well as with Haley when she accompanied her happy Daddy, Tom Prusa, to the office.

....that Mark Goldhammer and his wife enjoyed their trip to England and their visit with David Saal and Gauri Bijur.
