On The Horizon 2014 American Football Frostburg State University, along with Christopher Newport University, Salisbury University and Wesley College recently agreed to become Coaches Association Top 25 associate football members of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) beginning in the 2015-16 academic year.
