Dick Clap'o was 5th in this- race...Our national RRC president seems .to think that the NY Pioneer Club has been boycotting his races due to the difference on scoring of the ten mile RRC Postal team championship.,. That is wrong. Jolin Sterner,NYPC road team manager, told"me that his gripe y/as^the fact that Hugh Jascourt w-s putting out entry blanks promising expensesj prizes,etc. and not 3h,ilifilling s-ame.
