This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the concerned records and issue appropriate writ. Quash the common order dated 02.12.2013 passed on I.A. No. 12 respectively, passed by the Addl. II Civil Judge Bangalore, Rural District, Bangalore in O.S. No. 352/2010 as per Annexure-A and consequently allow the application.
