Pondlcher.ry 301,-302 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS This manual contains instructions for editing, coding and record management of Individual Slips upto the stage of entry of these documents in the Direct Data Entry System. For the sake of convenient handling of this manual, it has been divided into two parts. Part-I contains Management Instructions for handling records, brief description of the process adopted for assigning location code, the code structure which explains the details of codes which are to be assigned for various entries in the Individual Slip and the edit instructions. Part-II of the manual contains various appendices giving State-wise details of Towns, Talukas, Cities/Urban Agglomerations 1. lac +, CD Blocks and Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes. The manual has been split into twl:> parts on the consideration that coding/ editing staff will need reference to Part-II of the manu;¥- mostly in respect,of their own State/U.T. Therefore, separate bound copies of Part-II of the qlanual,have b~en prepar(3d State-wise and are .. • ,J> ~ being sent to the concerned States only. 2. To meet the requirement of Tabulation Plan, the Individual Slips will be processed in three stages as per details given in the Management Instructions. In order to ensure that none Of the schedules is missed, it will be essential that ali the Regional Tabulation Offices are advised to despatch in advance the details of the blocks in an operational unit 'so that at the time of receiving Individual SI;ps, it is ensured that records of all the blocks have baen received. The schedules received alongwith the accompanying inventories will require to be taken on charge after proper verification as per details given in the Management Instructions. 3. The Coding/Editing Cells will have to be organised in a manner that the schedules after receipt and proper verification, are passed on to the Coding/Editing Cells for undertaking various edit procedures indicated in the edit instructions. The edited schedules will then be transferred to the coding staff for assigning various codes as per the code structure enclosed. On completion of the coding, the schedules will be passed for the Direct Data Entry in the manner explained in the Management Instructions. 4. Location code is a very important code and, therefore, detailed instructions for assigning this code have been included as a separate chapter. 5. A reference to code list for 'mother tongues' as per Appendix I and 'religions' as per Appendix II would indicate that code 9999 for 'mother tongue' and 999 for 'religion' have been indicated under jhe heading 'unclassified'. If the name of mother tongue and religion do not appear in the list at Appendix 1/11 respectively, such mother tongues/religions will have to be treated as 'unclassified' mother tongues and religions. Therefore, while coding mother tongue as 9999 and religion as 999, wherever applicable, the details of such entries will have to be maintained on a separate tally sheet which will include name of mother tongue/religion and male/female population in that category. In the end these details will have to be consolidated for each enumerator block as per Appendix V in the case of mother tongue and Appendix VI in the case of religion.     EIA Report for 10.21 ha Sejha Dolomite & Summary Limestone Mine EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Introductions The lease area was granted to Smt. Saroj Nayak for 20 years from 03.04.1996 to 02.04.2016. After wards lease has been transferred under Rule 37 of MCR 1960 to M/S V. S. Minerals & Co. having it’s registered office at 2nd Floor, Gurunanak Dharamkanta, Jabalpur Road, Katni, District Katni, by Govt. of MP vide their order no. 3-130/96/12/2 Bhopal dated 20/03/1997 for balance period. Since the Govt. of India amended Mines and Mineral Development Act 1957 now called MMRD 2015 under section 8 A (5), the mining period is now 50 years from lease sanction date i.e. 03.04.1996 to 02.04.2046 in case of subject proposal. State Govt. of MP has also issued directions accordingly void letter no. MRD-F-19-5/2015/12-1 Bhopal dated 12.03.2015. M/s V. S. Minerals is a partnership firm registered under firm act. List of partner is given below: 1. Shri Vijay Kumar Gupta 2. Smt. Sangeeta Gupta Shri Vijay Kumar Gupta is declared as nominated owner of the concerned mining lease. This is a dynamic document that will continuously evolve, since there will be tremendous scope for expansion and improvement, as people read it and contribute to it 3. PlanBengaluru2020 is a powerful enabler for RWAs 1 residents and citizens. It will enable RWAs 1 residents to engage with their elected representatives and administrators on specific solutions and is a real vision for the challenges of the city. 4. The PlanBengaluru2020 suggests governance reforms that will legally ensure involvement of citizens 1 RWAs through Neighbourhood Area Committee and Ward Committee to decide and influence the future/ development of the Neighbourhoods, Wards and City 5. This plan is the basis on which administrators and elected representatives must debate growth, overall and inclusive development and future of Bangalore. 6. The report will be reviewed by an Annual City Report-Card and an Annual State of City Debate/conference where the Plan, its implementation and any new challenges are discussed and reviewed. 7.
