Here are a few of the things you need to know: As of Monday, February 12, 2018, Peoples Bank will become Bank Midwest, a division of NBH Bank, and you will have access to over 45 banking centers across the Greater Kansas City area, eastern Kansas and northwest Missouri. Please note, your account will convert to a Bank Midwest account and your account terms will change. Starting at 12pm CT on Monday, February 12, your new online banking will be ready to use at bankmw.com. For more information on accessing the system for the first time, and important information on when you will no longer be able to transact on the Peoples Bank system, please read the details on page 14 of this guide. You can deposit checks, check balances, transfer funds and more on your mobile device with our Bankmw Mobile banking app, which will be available for your use on Monday, February 12 at 12pm CT. Be sure to download it in advance – you’ll be glad you did. In order to make the transition as painless as possible, there are a few features that require your attention right away. Namely, online banking, online bill pay and debit card. ACTION ONLINE BANKING NEEDED • You will not be able to complete transactions on the Peoples Bank online banking system after 4pm CT on Friday, February 9. Please print, download or save your previous Peoples Bank statements as they will no longer be available in your new Bank Midwest online banking system. You will have view-only access through Sunday, February 11 at 11:59pm CT. Transaction history from December 1 – February 9, 2018 will transfer over to your new online banking system. • Your new Bank Midwest online banking system will be available at bankmw.com beginning 12pm CT on Monday, February 12. In the online banking login box, select “Personal Online” for personal accounts or “Small Business Online” for business accounts as your account type. Enter your User ID, which will remain the same, but will be case sensitive, in the User ID box. Do not click the first time user link. • For security reasons, the first time password is the 6 characters previously communicated to you on page 4 in your mailed Welcome to Bank Midwest guide. Your User ID will remain the same, but will be case sensitive. • Your phone numbers must be up-to-date on your account to complete your first login. You will be prompted to select where you want your one-time security code sent. We will call or text a code to the phone number you select. After you log in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change the temporary password to a password of your choice. ACTION ONLINE BILL PAY NEEDED • You will not be able to complete bill payments on the Peoples Bank online banking system after 2:30pm CT on Friday, February 9. Any payments scheduled through February 9, will be processed as normal. Payments scheduled for February 10 or 11 will process February 12. Future scheduled payments will transfer over and payments scheduled for February 12 – 15 on the Peoples Bank system will process on February 15. On the new system, you may begin scheduling payments on February 12 with a payment date as early as February 15. • Your payees will automatically be transferred to the new system. • Your new online bill payment system will be available beginning 12pm CT on Monday, February 12, to start scheduling payments. Please make sure your phone numbers are up-to-date with Peoples Bank by Monday, February 5 or you will not be able to access the new online banking system! ACTION DEBIT CARD NEEDED • Your Peoples Bank Debit Mastercard® will be replaced with a new chip-enabled Bank Midwest Visa® Debit Card. • Your new debit card will arrive in your mailbox the week of February 5. Your Peoples Bank card will stop working at 11:59pm CT on Sunday, February 11. Your new Bank Midwest debit card can be activated and used beginning at 11:59pm CT on Thursday, February 8.

PENSION-SYSTEM TYPOLOGY There have been numerous typologies of retirement-income systems. The terminology used in these categorisations has become very confusing. Perhaps the most commonly- used typology is the World Bank’s “three-pillar” classification (World Bank, 1994), between “a publicly managed system with mandatory participation and the limited goal of reducing poverty among the old [first pillar]; a privately managed mandatory savings system [second pillar]; and voluntary savings [third pillar]”. But this is a prescriptive rather than a descriptive typology. Subsequent analysts have allocated all public pension programmes to the first pillar. This has included earnings-related public schemes, which certainly do not meet the original definition of the first pillar. The most recent addition is the concept of a “zero pillar”, comprising non-contributory schemes aimed at alleviating poverty among older people. But this is rather closer to the original description of a first pillar. The OECD has developed a taxonomy that avoids the concept of pillars altogether. It aims, instead, for a global classification for pension plans, pension funds and pension entities that is descriptive and consistent over a range of countries with different retirement-income systems (OECD, 2004). The approach adopted here follows this line. It is based on the role and objective of each part of the pension system. The framework has two mandatory tiers: a redistributive part and an insurance part.

Abstract- This paper endeavors to investigate ATM Usage and Customers’ Satisfaction in Nigeria. It was discovered that despite the increasing number of ATM installations in Nigeria. Customers’ needs are not satisfactorily met as customers are always seen on queue in large numbers at various ATM designated centers as well as poor service delivery of some of these machine. The research engages comparative analysis of three banks in Ogun State, Metropolis of Nigeria viz-a- viz First Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank and Skye Bank. However, questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. A total of 200 respondents answered the questionnaire cutting across the three banks, the chi-square statistical tool was used to analyze the data and the results showed a positive and significant relationship between ATM Usage and Customers’ Satisfaction.
