FREE STREET FESTIVAL COME EXPERIENCE For the irst time, The Texas Tribune invites fellow Texans to enjoy Open Congress, a free politics, news and community festival, occurring amidst the Texas Tribune Festival. Open Congress will feature three tents full of free, public original programming on Austin’s historic Congress Avenue.
